This comprehensive redevelopment project involved extensive internal and external demolition, complex structural strengthening, and a complete fit-out of new staff offices and reception area. Existing science labs were converted into modern offices and meeting rooms, complemented by a new main entrance and a covered walkway connecting the admin block to nearby buildings. Works also included asbestos removal, upgraded services including a new Class 4 fire system, and extensive concrete pathways and landscaping. Delivered on time and on budget, the project was praised for its high standard of work, strong communication, and collaborative approach throughout.
