This project focused on upgrading accessibility and modernising public facilities at Fitzroy Pool. Works included constructing a new changing room and toilet, installing non-slip resin flooring for enhanced safety, upgrading fencing, and adding new signage. Delivered in a high-traffic public space, the project faced challenges such as variable ground conditions, plumbing design adjustments, and tight time constraints. Through close collaboration with the client and subcontractors, all variances were resolved, timeframes were met, and the result was a safe, functional, and inclusive space with a fresh, modern design.
