This project involved the construction of a brand-new architecturally designed building featuring four classrooms, breakout spaces, cooking facilities, and washrooms, alongside reconfigured playground areas and upgraded fire alarm systems for enhanced safety. Existing council stormwater infrastructure was redirected to integrate seamlessly with the new design. Delivered during COVID lockdowns and material shortages, the team maintained strong communication with the school and carefully coordinated works to minimise disruption to daily operations. Emphasizing sustainable building practices and rigorous quality assurance, the project was completed on time and within budget. Collaborative efforts with BSM Group, Ardern Peters Architects, and BCD Group resulted in a highly praised facility celebrated for its design, functionality, and build quality.
