This extensive upgrade project involved significant internal and external works, including demolition, asbestos removal, reroofing with new membrane and metal roofing systems, and complex flashing installation. Cladding and weatherboard replacements were completed alongside structural repairs such as decayed framing replacement and re-pitching of the roof. The scope also included fire system integration, fire door replacements, safety wire and access platform installation, and a full bathroom refurbishment. Delivered in the heart of an operational school, the project required meticulous planning, daily communication with the school, and a full replan of the hall reroofing due to last-minute shrink wrap supply issues. Despite COVID-related delays, the team ensured minimal disruption and a high-quality finish throughout.
