This project involved the transformation of the existing foyer into a lavish, speakeasy-style space, carefully balancing modern upgrades with heritage preservation. Works included demolition after protecting a historic poster wall, extensive coordination with service trades, and the installation of high-end wall finishes and floor coverings. Delivered in partnership with Opus, the project was completed within a tight timeframe and to a premium standard, all while working within a fully operational facility.
