This project involved major extensions and renovations to the existing daycare facility, including foundation strengthening, concrete work, excavation, and new roofing. A key feature was the addition of a fully equipped commercial kitchen for the new Backyard Café. The build included high insulation properties, enhanced acoustic performance, and childproof fittings throughout. Despite tight timeframes to accommodate increasing class rolls, the team delivered a modern, high-end finish that met the client’s vision. Regular communication and strong client relationships were essential to the successful delivery of this complex, high-spec renovation.
