This multifaceted project at Woodleigh School included fire system upgrades, replacement of lighting and floor coverings, and the creation of new outdoor learning environments with extensive concrete and decking areas. Roofing works spanned multiple blocks, including reroofing K and E Blocks—where a new roof structure, cladding, and framing repairs were completed—and roof repairs to B Block. Asbestos removal was carefully managed throughout. Despite challenges such as tight timelines, material supply delays, and excessive rainfall during landscaping, the project was delivered to a high standard. In-house teams successfully completed key elements including concrete, painting, and landscaping works, contributing to a full classroom refurbishment and significant site enhancement.
